Merck Expects $200 Million Tariff Hit Amid Gardasil Fallout

Merck expects to lose $200 million to already-announced tariffs in 2025 amid a roiling trade war between the US and China. The company's first-quarter results beat estimates, with sales of $15.5 billion and adjusted earnings of $2.22 per share.
