Located in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility at 159 Lorum Street in Tewksbury, MA, the division provides mission-critical logistics support to biotech, pharmaceutical and research organizations across New England and beyond. Staffed by a team with more than four decades of lab relocation experience, Sterling Life Science Services offers a full suite of capabilities, including: • Custom bio and reefers trailers with temperature control, dual power supplies, and real-time tracking to meet IATA and 21 CFR 11 requirements, tailored for sensitive materials, with strict chain-of-custody protocols • Digital MSDS Library & Sterling Managed Inventory (SMI) for on-site restocking and compliance reporting • Lab Facilities Support including equipment setup, calibration, and waste management At the core of the division's operations is a cGMP-compliant cold and ambient storage infrastructure, featuring over 210+ monitored freezer positions with backup power and sensor tracking. Plans are already underway to expand into cGMP compliant storage with chemical material storage by early 2026. The Tewksbury facility is more than a warehouse—it's a hub for innovation and partnership.
