Energy Firm Orsted Said to Weigh Up to €5 Billion Rights Issue
Danish energy firm Orsted A/S is considering raising as much as €5 billion ($5.8 billion) from a rights offering to shore up its finances, according to people familiar with the matter.
The fundraising plan could be announced as soon as the coming weeks if Orsted decides to proceed, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing confidential information.
