C2R Capital Closes $100 Million Debt Fund for Commercial Real Estate Bridge Financing
HOUSTON, Aug. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- C2R Capital Management LLC ("C2R Capital"), a Houston-based private real estate credit platform, today announced the closing of its inaugural $100 million debt fund dedicated to supporting short-term, asset-backed bridge lending and note purchases. C2R Capital's Secured Debt Fund I ("the Fund") will have a concentration in Texas and the Sun Belt markets.
"C2R Capital's $100 million secured debt fund fills a critical void in the increasing demand for flexible, yield-driven capital in today's real estate landscape," said Darryl Robinson, Co-Founder and Manager at C2R Capital. "As a trusted capital partner, our platform enables us to deploy alternative financing that's creative, flexible, and fast."
C2R Capital's fund will target a diversified portfolio of first-lien bridge loans, performing and non-performing note acquisitions, and structured credit opportunities, all secured by commercial real estate and land. The Fund launch coincides at a time when traditional lenders and regional banks are pulling back, leaving a meaningful capital void for small- and mid-sized real estate sponsors.
Robinson continued, "Our ability to underwrite creatively, move decisively, and secure strong collateral has positioned C2R Capital as a go-to capital partner for time-sensitive transactions across all asset types, including land, industrial, retail, multifamily, and specialty-use properties."
With over 50 years of combined experience, C2R Capital was founded by real estate veterans Darryl Robinson, Brady Crosswell, and Allen Crosswell, and has distributed over $250 million in closed loans across 12 states.
