'It's important to us to activate our public spaces in downtown with thoughtful and engaging events that really reflect the community here in downtown erie and throughout the city to create space in our public spaces for community to happen is central to our mission,' said Dave Damulonis, events and marketing manager for the Erie Downtown Partnership.
