All the details as Wolfe Tones and The Script hit Thomond Park

Support acts for next week's trio of gigs at Limerick's Thomond Stadium have been revealed, with promoters MCD urging attendees to be informed on times and entry points. Not long after announcing their retirement last year, the iconic Wolfe Tones revealed they would be doing just one more gig on Sunday, July 13 for their 'final farewell.' After the concert sold out, they added another date for Friday, July 11 with The Script performing at the rugby grounds in between the gigs on Saturday, July 12. A statement from the promoter said: 'We unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for issues arising from situations where patrons have no familiarized themselves with the information provided.' In the notice, the promoters confirmed Scottish county-folk singer Rianne Downey was supporting the Wolfe Tones on their first night alongside Wicklow singer-songwriter Dave Lofts. MCD also urge attendees to download tickets to your phone before the event in order to avoid delays on the day. Screenshots will not work as barcodes are updated regularly. Meanwhile, anyone still looking for an outfit to the Wolfe Tones or wanting to get their hands on some of the band's merchandise can head to Arthur's Quay shopping centre where a pop-up shop is situated in the run up to the gigs. Included at the shop are special edition flags which show band members Tommy, Brian and Noel, grinning and 'The Wolfe Tones Thomond Park '25.'
