Boomi Powers Mentor Media's 60 Pct Faster EDI Integration, Boosting Efficiency

KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 (Bernama) -- Boomi has announced that Singapore-based supply chain solutions provider Mentor Media has reduced onboarding time by up to 50 per cent and accelerated Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integration by up to 60 per cent using the Boomi Enterprise Platform.
According to a statement, by adopting Boomi's unified platform, Mentor Media reduced system integration time from 21 months to under four months, enabling faster delivery for customers and partners.
Boomi Chief Technology Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan, David Irecki said with Boomi, Mentor Media has built a robust foundation to scale operations and meet the demands of a dynamic global market.
Meanwhile, Mentor Media Senior Vice President, Rueh Herng Yap said: 'Boomi is a game-changer for our global operations, transforming how we deliver and scale across regions.'
The company also reported significant efficiency gains, including a 50 per cent reduction in onboarding time for new warehouse deployments, bringing the timeline down to under six months.
Additionally, integration efficiency improved by up to 60 per cent through the use of low-code tools and reusable templates. Mentor Media also achieved a 20 per cent time saving among senior developers by streamlining its EDI processes.
Boomi's platform provides full visibility across integration flows, enhances governance, and strengthens operational resilience by enabling the proactive identification and resolution of potential risks.
