Force Motors has announced a strategic partnership with Zoho Corporation to support the digital transformation of its nationwide and global dealer network. The initiative is part of Force Motors' ongoing digital programme, Project DigiForce , and is aimed at improving dealer operations and customer engagement through the adoption of advanced technologies. As part of the agreement, Zoho 's integrated cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) platforms, along with 12 AI-powered front-office applications, will be implemented across Force Motors' dealership and service operations.
