Wexford emerged victorious from the first-ever south-east derby in the SSE Airtricity Women's Premier Division in Ferrycarrig Park on Saturday, as goals from Della Doherty and Millie Daly saw them move up to fourth in the table.
Seán Byrne's side are now unbeaten in five, winning four of them, as they look up the table at just Athlone, Shelbourne and Galway United ahead of them. They face a struggling Cork City next and with Galway travelling to Tolka Park, there's every chance a win will move Wexford into third.
