Part of Depot Road closing next week as project continues
(WJET/WFXP)– As work progresses on the Depot Road Improvement Project in Harborcreek Township, part of the road is set to close, limiting access to Interstate 90.
The closure is set to go into place, weather permitting, on Monday, June 9, between the on and off ramps of I-90 and is expected to last about one month.
Depot Road project moving into next phase, traffic shifts coming
I-90 and Route 430 (Station Road), and Route 89 and I-90 will be used as detours. Davison Road will also remain closed.
PennDOT said the following access points on and off of I-90 will be maintained:
Northbound traffic on Depot Road will have access to the I-90 eastbound on-ramp.
Southbound traffic on Depot Road will have access to the I-90 westbound on-ramp.
Interstate 90 westbound can exit to head northbound on Depot Road.
Interstate 90 eastbound can exit to head southbound on Depot Road.
Depot Rd. improvement project to resume this month, expect detours
The work comes as part of phase three of four of the $13.4 million project to upgrade the 1.3-mile stretch of Depot Road.
