Final Destination remains one of Hollywood's most iconic horror-thriller franchises, and its latest installment, Final Destination: Bloodlines, is now ready to haunt viewers at home. After a successful theatrical run in the US, the sixth chapter of the supernatural horror saga is headed for streaming.
When and where to watch Final Destination: Bloodlines
Jointly helmed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, Final Destination: Bloodlines will begin streaming exclusively on HBO Max from August 1, 2025 – 77 days after its theatrical release. The film stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana and continues the chilling legacy where death is always one step ahead.

That's not all. According to Deadline, the movie will also make its HBO linear debut on August 2 at 8:00 pm. In celebration of the new release, HBO will also air all five previous Final Destination films:

Final Destination: Bloodlines assembled a dynamic cast featuring Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Owen Patrick Joyner, Richard Harmon, Anna Lore, and Rya Kihlstedt in pivotal roles. The film opened strong in India, earning Rs 4.5 crore on its first day and grossing over Rs 76 crore at the domestic box office, according to Sacnilk. In North America, Bloodlines raked in $130.64 million, securing a spot among the top 20 highest-grossing horror films of all time. Globally, the film crossed $271 million in total earnings, with $141.1 million coming from international markets, as reported by Box Office Mojo.
Co-written by Jon Watts, Evans Taylor, and Guy Busick, Final Destination: Bloodlines follows college student Stefani Reyes, who begins experiencing disturbing visions linked to a devastating hotel collapse in 1968. As she digs deeper, she discovers a haunting family secret – a generational curse rooted in her grandmother's past. Staying true to the franchise's core concept of death's relentless design, the film introduces a fresh angle by weaving in themes of inherited trauma and family legacy. With its nostalgic undertone and a gripping new storyline, Bloodlines struck a chord with both longtime fans and new audiences alike.
