Cyclist dies after collision on residential street in Bedford
A cyclist has died following a collision with a car on a residential Police was called at about 14:30 BST on Friday to reports of a crash on Broad Avenue in Bedford, at the junction with Gloucester cyclist, a man in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the said the car's driver stopped at the scene and was helping with inquiries. SUV driver arrested after man in 70s killed in crash
An SUV driver has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a motorcyclist died in a Police and paramedics were called to the junction of Hilton Road and Connington Road near Fenstanton at about 21:45 BST on Wednesday.A man in his 70s from Cottenham died after his yellow Kawasaki motorbike was in collision with a blue SUV heading towards SUV driver, a 27-year-old man from Fenstanton, was uninjured and has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving whilst unfit through drugs.
