Moped rider dies in crash with tractor near Chester
A 17-year-old moped rider has died in an early morning crash with a tractor on a country Police said the collision happened at 07:30 BST on Friday on Welsh Road in Dodleston, near boy from Great Broughton died at the scene, while the 19-year-old tractor driver from Wrexham was has been arrested, but police have appealed for anyone with information about the crash to come forward.
