Two of their bungalows, Vatsa and Ammu—located right next to their main residence, Jalsa—have been leased out to the State Bank of India. These properties currently fetch a monthly rent of Rs 18.9 lakh. According to the lease agreement, the rent is set to increase by 25 percent every five years, rising to Rs 23.6 lakh after five years and Rs 29.5 lakh after a decade. According to reports from documents have disclosed the specifics of a 15-year lease agreement between the Bachchan family and the State Bank of India. If media reports are to be believed, the State Bank of India(SBI) has leased a 3,150-square-foot space in a building located near the Bachchan family's residence, Jalsa.
