One essential method to help cool your property could involve Vaseline. The lesser-known window trick that will help eliminate hay fever immediately – and the remedy is sitting in your bathroom – according to specialists, as conditions brighten.
By establishing a protective layer with Vaseline, you successfully capture pollen before it infiltrates your property, reports Birmingham Live. "Ensure window frames and sills are free from mould and condensation to reduce pollen infiltration into your home," he continued to the UK.
In its pollen prediction for Monday, the Met Office cautioned: "Nettles and mugwort pollen airborne in warm weather. Spores: Alternaria, Cladosporium, Aspergillus when warm, Didymella and allies when humid."

The forecasting agency clarified: "Pollen is made up of tiny particles which are released by plants and trees as part of their reproductive cycle. It is an extremely fine powder and is spread by insects and the wind.
They continued: "Pollen can cause significant irritation and inflammation in people who are allergic to it. Pollen can be inhaled by humans and animals. For those with an allergy, pollen triggers the antibody immunoglobulin E, which creates mucus and leads to symptoms such as congestion and sneezing."
How to use Vaseline for hay fever
Apply a tiny amount of Vaseline around the nostrils area, inside the nostrils and under the eyes (if needed)
Reapply it when required, after blowing your nose or washing your face
