These are the best earbuds we've tried – but they're not our favourite
You learn a thing or two when you review gadgets for a living. Mostly, the things you learn are about gadgets. Today the staff here in the Digital Life Labs learnt, for instance, that the latest version of Bluetooth, version 5.4, largely makes Internet of Things (IoT) improvements, and that it's perfectly OK if your wireless earbuds still use Bluetooth 5.3.

Who are the people in your neighbourhood? Amazon knows
You quickly learn what the computer thinks of you when you start using an Amazon Ring camera. The computer definitely thinks I have 'curly hair', for instance, but it doesn't think I am 'short', 'fat' or 'ugly', which is nice. The computer did call a coworker here in the Digital Life Labs a 'dog', but there was a good reason for that and I am sure it meant no offence.
