Luling man arrested, accused of ‘disturbing' sex crime charges
LULING, La. (WGNO) — A Luling man is in police custody on sex crimes allegations following an investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigations.
Agents reported receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerting them of the alleged actions of 58-year-old Dirk Paul Webre.

With the help of the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office and Homeland Security Investigations, Webre was arrested on Thursday, April 3.
He was booked into the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center on:
Two felony counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles
92 felony counts of sexual abuse of an animal
'Unfortunately, these types of crimes our agents never run out of work on. Great work by Our LBI agents, deputies with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office, and Homeland Security Investigations, for getting this disturbing individual off the streets of Luling,' said Attorney General Liz Murrill.
