Kirara in the Naruto universe could be dubbed one of the most twisted characters, like Orochimaru.
She is a member of the Fabrications Rebellion and an important one for sure. As far as her origin is concerned, she has been developed under the project run by Lord Ku and Kokuyo, who is Orochimaru's former associate.
She was an artificial human created using the DNA of Shin Uchiha (Yes, she is a lab-grown Uchiha). The artificial humans created under the mentioned project were supposed to fuel a rebellion against the Hidden Stone Village.
The faction is determined to create a new world controlled by artificial beings.
Coming to the abilities, she possesses Genjutsu and one of the most powerful ones. She can paralyse and control other beings with a mere eye contact. She was so goated that she even got Boruto and Sarada under her control. Furthermore, she can also use her genjutsu to change her appearance and even the surroundings.
She was a fan of psychological warfare, but considering that she is not an OG character, her defeat was destined.
