New Villains Announced for Oogie Boogie Bash 2025 at Disneyland Resort
Halloween is creeping back into Disney California Adventure Park, and this year's Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party promises even more frightful fun. Taking place on select nights from August 17 through October 31, 2025, the after-hours event will once again feature a wicked lineup of Disney's most notorious villains—along with two exciting additions. Disney has revealed that Syndrome, the supervillain from Pixar's The Incredibles franchise, will be making his Oogie Boogie Bash debut this year. Fans of the film will finally get the chance to encounter the iconic nemesis in person as part of the party's immersive villain experiences. Maleficent from Walt Disney Animation Studios' 'Sleeping Beauty' makes her majestic return to Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party in Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, Calif., on Aug. 17, 2025. Also returning to the event is none other than Maleficent, the Mistress of All Evil from Disney's classic Sleeping Beauty (1959). With her dramatic presence, she remains a fan-favorite character meet and greet, adding extra magic (and menace) to the Halloween celebration.
