With over 100k views already, hundreds of Scottish football fans have taken to the comments to express their glee or their disapproval. "The fact you're a Celtic fan you're 100x better," said one fan, while another added: "Was a fan before hand love everything you've brought out but just gone up in my opinion, hail hail." "This just made you better mon the Hoops," wrote one while another fan commented 'thought you couldn't get better'. But Rangers supporters were also quick to oppose with a flood of red, white and blue emojis. One said: "NOOOO you were one of my favourite musicians, why Celtic?!?" and another posted 'not a fan anymore sorry bro'. "Love your music but you picked the wrong side," one wrote, while another fumed: "Myles Smith absolutely ruined having that top on." It was the final straw for some, who said: "Guess you are off my playlist now," as well as: "Man I love your music but can't believe you've got that top on, come on mate." A third camp let their voice be heard in the replies as some Aberdeen fans came to take a pop following their Scottish Cup success over Brendan Rodgers' side at the weekend. They won on penalties on Saturday to lift the trophy for the first time in 35 years, with some writing 'stand free' and 'come on the Dandy Dons'. Celebrity Wrexham owner spotted in retro Celtic strip as he asks 'are they Catholics or Protestants' Regardless of what his choice of clothing has done to his support base in Scotland, he still boasts 27 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Known mostly for the hits Stargazing and Nice To Meet You, the 26-year-old was recently crowned the 2025 BRIT Awards 'Rising Star'. He also regularly faces jokes about his likeness to a well known footballer, as he wore a t-shirt brandishing the message 'I swear I'm not Divock Origi' on stage at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend festival. The Belgian was a Champions League winner with Liverpool and was most recently at Nottingham Forrest on loan from AC Milan. 5 Myles Smith at Radio 1 Big Weekend Credit: SplashNews 5 Former Liverpool player Divock Origi Keep up to date with ALL the latest news and transfers at the Scottish Sun football page

Abuse of Trent Alexander-Arnold is moronic — he deserves hero's send-off
I've been searching all week for the right word to describe the behaviour of the Liverpool fans who rained down abuse on Trent Alexander-Arnold against Arsenal. This is a player who, in case you (or the Kop) have forgotten, joined the club at the age of six having grown up in the West Derby suburb of Liverpool, progressed through the academy, was implicated in some of the most iconic moments in the club's modern history — not least that audacious corner from which Divock Origi scored to defeat Barcelona in 2019 — but who now finds himself persona non grata in a club he thought would always be part of his DNA. Moronic. That is, I think, the only term that carries sufficient semantic weight

📸 Musiala scores Origi vs Barcelona in 2019-like goal against Italy 😲
Germany are having a night to remember in Dortmund as they cruise to the Nations League semi-finals. All three of their goals against Italy came in the last 15 minutes of the first half, but their second was by far the most scenes similar to Divock Origi's goal for Liverpool against Barcelona in 2019, a moment of quick thinking from Joshua Kimmich, Jamal Musiala and a ball boy, and lack of awareness from the entire Italian team, led to a bizarre goal. Donnarumma came off his line to question his defenders' efforts, only to be left questioning his own decision mere moments later. Nobody at Italy was paying attention while Germany took the corner quickly, and Musiala was ready to score! — The Touchline | Football Coverage (@TouchlineX) March 23, 2025 An embarrassing moment for Italy as they tumble out at the quarter final stage. 📸 KIRILL KUDRYAVTSEV - AFP or licensors

CM: ‘Aura of mystery' – Milan still clueless as to what to do with Origi
Divock Origi is a distant memory for AC Milan, yet the memory still remains, taking a heavy wage each month, and no solution has been found yet. It is a problem which pops up every few months, as Milan try to find an ending to the Origi saga which has plagued them for a few years now. Ultimately, the Belgian is living well, not playing and earning money. A dream scenario for him. There, unfortunately, is no idea on how to fix this issue, and despite suggestions that his contract was going to be terminated after the summer, the club have not taken any action, leaving to question what to do. As the report writes, the striker is shrouded in an 'aura of mystery' with no one really sure how to end the nightmare. Solutions have been tried, but the former Liverpool man has refused several loan moves away from the club, in fact, the only one he has approved was to Nottingham Forest – we all know how that went. In addition to this, the player has not accepted a deal to terminate his contract, and it does not seem like this will change. So, there are another 15 months left of the marriage, and though a divorce is desired, one of the parties is not agreeing.
