Björk's Edgy Daughter Ísadóra Looked Angelic While Walking at Copenhagen Fashion Week
While we all know Björk as an iconic singer and performer, she also has two children. She shares a son named Sindri Eldon, born in Oct 1986, with Þór Eldon. Along with that, she shares Ísadóra Bjarkardóttir Barney with ex Matthew Barney, whom they welcomed in 2002. And Ísadóra is making headlines everywhere for her latest outing. In the photo below, we can see Ísadóra, known professionally as Doa, changed up her usual edgy, colorful style for something rather angelic for Cecilie Bahnsen's 10th anniversary at Copenhagen Fashion Week. In fact, in a previous interview with The Face, Doa talked about how she wants to get into anything creatively. She said, 'With music, with film, with the studio arts with my father – it's all things that I'm really, really interested in. I could see myself putting my life towards those things. Ramli, wife attend doa selamat ceremony to mark appointment as ninth Penang Governor
GEORGE TOWN: Tun Ramli Ngah Talib and his wife, Toh Puan Raja Noora Ashikin Raja Abdullah, on Thursday night (May 8) attended the "Majlis Kesyukuran dan Doa Selamat" held in conjunction with his appointment as the ninth Yang Dipertua Negeri of Penang. Held at the Penang State Mosque here, Tun Ramli and Raja Noora Ashikin were welcomed on arrival by Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Dr Mohamad Abdul Hamid and his wife. The ceremony began with the congregational Maghrib prayer, followed by the recitation of Yasin and doa selamat led by Penang Mufti Associate Professor Dr Mohd Sukki Othman. Also present were members of the state government leadership, including Trade, Entrepreneurial and Rural Development Committee chairman Datuk Rashidi Zinol and Infrastructure, Transport and Digital Committee chairman Zairil Khir Johari. The event was attended by about 500 people. On May 1, Ramli was sworn in as the ninth Yang Dipertua Negeri of Penang in a full ceremonial event at Dewan Sri Pinang here, taking over from Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak. On April 24, he received his letter of appointment as the ninth Yang Dipertua Negeri of Penang, effective May 1, 2025, from His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, in a ceremony at Istana Negara. Ramli previously held several key positions at both federal and state levels, including serving as the eighth Menteri Besar of Perak for 17 years, from 1982 to 1999; Deputy Minister of Transport from 2000 to 2004, and Dewan Rakyat speaker from 2004 to 2008. – Bernama
