Bigg Boss fame Donal Bisht reveals she's been battling a sesamoid foot injury and fracture for the past 1.5 years; says, '3 months of bed rest, lot of meds and..'

Bigg Boss fame Donal Bisht recently updated fans about her leg injury. The actress took to her Instagram handle and revealed how she had a foot injury 1.5 years back, which later turned into a sesamoid fracture, and she's been battling it ever since. Donal opened up about being on bed rest for three months and being on medication. The actress shared pictures of her injured leg while sharing her experience with the fans. She penned down a long note revealing all that went down in her life and how she's battling with it. The actress further thanked all her fans and well-wishers for keeping a check on her. The post read, 'Life had other plans… but so did I! (When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.) It took a lot of courage for me to finally share all this with you! Well, for the past 1.5 years, I quietly battled with a foot injury called sesamoiditis, which later led to a sesamoid fracture. It was very painful, but I stayed low-key about it, thinking I'd recover soon — didn't want to worry anyone unnecessarily. But it took a lot longer than expected to regain strength and balance, both physically and emotionally.' She further shared, '3 months of bed rest, constant meds, highs and lows — and through it all, I kept learning, exploring, growing (sometimes worsening it more in the process just because I wanted to learn more, took it as an opportunity). That's just me… a little resilient, I guess! & hope that's fine! Now that I'm finally healing, back at it! I wanted to say thank you to everyone who checked in wondering about my inactiveness, got a lot of calls & messages! - I felt your warmth, and I missed you all too!' She concluded by saying, 'Thank you for always cheering me on from afar. Your love has meant the world. Here's to health, healing, and never giving up. See you all very, very soon! (& this is still a decent picture. Couldn't capture the worse. Anyways, like to share smiles, happiness & good vibes only!)' Fans and close ones from the industry made it to the comment section and expressed their concern over the same. They wished Donal a speedy recovery.

(There was a time when I used to think because for films you have to think a little like this. But I think the line of nepotism is fading away.
