Egypt's Foreign Ministry Hands Over Recovered Artifacts from France to Tourism Ministry
Ali abo deshish The Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed a group of recovered Egyptian antiquities to the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. These items, dating to the Late Period, were recently returned from France. The recovered objects include a limestone votive coffin, a limestone statue of a man, a wooden statue of the god Anubis in jackal form, two detached wooden hands from colored coffins, three rare royal-sealed papyrus scrolls, and a cylindrical container bearing hieroglyphic inscriptions. The Egyptian Embassy in Paris retrieved the pieces in cooperation with French authorities, after foiling an attempt to sell them illegally. Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty attended the handover ceremony held at the embassy in February. Egypt also joined the case as a civil plaintiff in French court proceedings, which ended with the conviction of the traffickers and a compensation ruling in Egypt's favor worth €23,000. This marks the third time in May that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has returned stolen artifacts to the Tourism Ministry. Earlier this month, 25 rare pieces were retrieved from the U.S. via the New York consulate, followed by 20 items recovered from Australia through Egyptian missions in Canberra and Sydney. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks

Cassie, Husband Alex Fine Welcome Baby No. 3
Yara Sameh Cassie Ventura welcomed her third baby, a boy, with husband Alex Fine. The news comes after a source confirmed with PEOPLE that the singer, 38, was taken to a New York City hospital's labour and delivery unit. The newly minted mom of three first announced in a February 19 Instagram post that she was expecting her third baby with her husband. '🤰🏽💙 #3,' Cassie wrote in the caption alongside black-and-white photos of her debuting her baby bump while joined by Fine, 31, and their two daughters Sunny, 3, and Frankie, 5. In the first image shared, Cassie revealed her baby bump as she sat on the back of a couch wearing an open shirt over a crop top and jeans. Her girls, Sunny and Frankie, sat in front of her smiling and wearing matching dresses. Cassie also appeared with her baby bump in a following close-up shot as Fine's hands cradled her stomach. Other photos included in the post showed the expectant star sitting next to Fine as they posed with their girls, as well as Frankie and Sunny kissing her baby bump. Fine posted the same sweet photo on his platform as he wrote in the caption, 'Best gift I could ask for,' tagging photographer Jorden Keith. Fine, who tied the knot with Ventura in 2019, commented a series of heart emojis underneath the post. The personal trainer also posted a gif of the rapper Cardi B with the caption, 'Bro, I'm five months pregnant! I can't even breathe,' possibly indicating how far along Cassie was in her pregnancy at the time. The new addition to her family comes just weeks after the "Miss Your Touch" singer completed her four-day emotional testimony in Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal criminal trial. The Bad Boy Records founder is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, and has pleaded not guilty. Ventura, a key witness for the prosecution, made several bombshell accusations, including an allegation that Combs raped her in 2018. Combs and Ventura were in a relationship for 11 years. During that time, she testified, she was made to participate in "Freak Offs" with male sex workers. Proving Ventura was coerced into participating was key for prosecutors trying to land a conviction on the charge of sex trafficking. Ventura, who was 8½ months pregnant during her testimony, also said Combs abused her and exerted immense control over her personal life. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks

"Harry Potter" Actress Miriam Margolyes Reveals She Doesn't Have Much Longer to Live
Yara Sameh 'Harry Potter' star Miriam Margolyes sadly shared that she doesn't have much longer to live due to a debilitating health condition. The actress — who portrayed beloved Professor Sprout in the popular fantasy franchise — made the revelation while speaking to the Times about her retirement from the big screen. 'When you know that you haven't got long to live — and I'm probably going to die within the next five or six years, if not before — I'm loath to leave behind performing,' Margolyes said. 'It's such a joy. I yearn to play roles that don't confine me to wheelchairs, but I'm just not strong enough.' The 'Age of Innocence' star, 84, first got candid about her health woes during an interview on the 'Table Manners' podcast in 2023. At the time, she admitted to undergoing heart surgery, saying, 'I've got a cow's heart now.' 'Well, not the whole heart. I've had an aortic valve replaced by a cow's aortic valve,' Margolyes continued. 'I don't know how common it is. I'd never heard of that operation. But it saves you from having open heart surgery, which would be infinitely more invasive.' At the time, Margolyes also told British Vogue that she was no longer afraid of death. 'When you're young, you never think about death. You just think about your next f—k basically. I think about death a lot,' she quipped. 'You can't help but be aware that the amount of time ahead is less than the time before you,'. 'I'm still ducking and diving. I'm still open to new experiences. I'm just very conscious that there is no light at the end of the tunnel," Margolyes added. She openly shared that her biggest concern was running out of money before she passed away. In 2024, Margolyes announced she was battling spinal stenosis and couldn't walk anymore. 'I'm registered disabled. I use all kinds of assistance,' she told Closer Magazine. 'I've got two sticks and a walker and they're such a bore, but I've just got a mobility scooter, which is a lot of fun.' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks

The child was name after El Raddad's late mother. In a March 9 interview with " Al Kahera Wal Nas " TV Channel, he announced Ghanem was four months pregnant, adding they were keen to keep the baby news a secret for a long time to avoid envy. "There is a difference in dealing with pregnancy announcements in different societies," he explained. "In some countries, couples announce pregnancy from the very start while in the Arab world, some prefer to keep the matter secret for a while,". El Raddad also opened up about his opinion on posting photos on social media of his first child Fady, whom they welcomed in January 2023 and named after his late brother. The 41-year-old actor noted that he prefers not to reveal the toddler's face and is satisfied with sharing snaps that do not show his features, emphasizing that the decision is a "Personal freedom that needs to be respected". El Raddad reflected on parenting and the impact of fatherhood on him and stated that he has become more thoughtful about how to raise his child and protect him from the negative things he may face in life. "A father needs vision and insight to guide his children toward the right path and keep them away from any negative influences," he said. El Raddad noted that he has been accustomed to bearing responsibility throughout his life, but the responsibility of children is completely different and requires deep thinking to ensure that they are raised properly. He added: "I hope that God will grant me the ability to raise my son in the right way. Focusing on proper upbringing is essential, and everything God provides us with is good and a blessing." read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks

Nicki Minaj Contemplated Quitting Music Before
Yara Sameh Nicki Minaj has admitted there have been times when she has wanted to end her music career despite all her success. Despite the rapper, 42, being one of the world's best-selling music artists and the best-selling female rapper with over 100 million records sold, the inevitable criticism that comes with being in the spotlight has gotten to her over the years. In conversation with Vogue Italia , Minaj said: "I've heard every possible criticism about me. I've thought about quitting so many times. I'm glad I didn't. I hope my story can be an inspiration, and push kids, adults, anyone, not to give up,". The hitmaker is mother to a four-year-old boy, whose name she has not made public, with her husband, Kenneth 'Zoo' Petty. Minaj told how she delayed becoming a mother for the sake of her career and providing for her family members. "As a woman, I put off becoming a mother. A lot of women in the industry, especially older than me, never had children. Some don't regret it, but others do," she said. "I put it off, and I didn't go to every Thanksgiving, every Christmas, or birthday party because I had to work to support my family. I think the price was not having a 'normal' life,". "Things are different now, because I can give my son things I never had, but there are things I want to make sure he has, and I still need to figure out how to give them to him. When we go out, for example, I have to worry that someone will take his picture," the star added. Minaj also spoke about the discipline she received at a young age, saying: "I was one of those kids who could tell when an adult was stupid. The lack of discipline around me made me want to be the opposite. And I'm not always like that." "But I believe in working hard to get what you want. I had to fight for everything. I had nothing, and I wanted it more than anyone else,". Nicki was ambitious from a young age and would tell people she would one day become a star. She said: "And when my friends were drinking, or smoking weed, or trying to hit the clubs, sure, I went too, just not as often. Everyone used to say I had a natural high. That's how I was — happy, but focused. I used to tell people, 'I'm going to make it.' Almost like I already knew." read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Egypt confirms denial of airspace access to US B-52 bombers News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies
