Cosmo First launches its first pet hospital and experience center in Mumbai

Zigly, India's first tech-enabled omnichannel pet care brand from Cosmo First Limited, has officially entered the Mumbai market as part of its national expansion plan. Strengthening its presence in Western India, Zigly has acquired the established Small Animal Clinic & Surgical Centre in Khar West, transforming it into a full-service Zigly experience center.
Located at Matru Mandir, 18th Road, Khar West, Mumbai, the 1,520 sq. ft. facility now offers a complete pet care ecosystem. It includes veterinary consultations, advanced diagnostics, surgeries, vaccinations, radiology, pathology, dentistry, grooming, pharmacy services, and more—all under one roof.
The center was originally founded by reputed veterinarians Dr. Sanjiv and Dr. Rajni Rajadhyaksha and has a loyal customer base of over 25,000 pet parents. Zigly's current ARR (net revenue) stands at ₹56 crore as of February 2025, with plans to more than double within the next one to two years.

Zigly has also announced plans to upgrade the Mumbai facility to a 24×7 pet care center soon. This follows recent launches of pet hospitals in Hyderabad and Delhi and new experience centers in Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and more.
With India's pet care market expected to grow at 19% annually, driven by millennial and Gen-Z pet ownership, Zigly is well-positioned to lead the shift toward accessible, holistic pet services across metros and Tier 2–3 cities.
