Track 15 food hall to officially open next week
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Track 15, a brand new food hall coming to downtown Providence, has officially announced its opening date. The food hall is situated within the historic Union Station and will feature a variety of different cuisines, including American, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Indian and Italian. The seven vendors that will soon call Track 15 home include Dune Brothers, Dolores, There There, Giusto, Mother Pizzeria, Little Chaska and Tolia. The name 'Track 15' pays tribute to the original Union Station, which was built in 1898 and had 14 intercity rail lines that operated until 1986. Track 15 is slated to officially open at 11 a.m. on March 18 and will be celebrated with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. It was supposed to open in spring 2024, but supply chain setbacks forced the developers to delay the opening date.
