In a first, TP-Link names local CEO for India business
New Delhi: TP-Link has named an Indian, Sanjay Sehgal, for the first time as its local chief executive and managing director, as the US network equipment maker doubles down on the country, entering new product segments amid high growth prospects."This new chapter is not just about growth, it's about contributing meaningfully to India's digital infrastructure and innovation story," Sehgal, CEO, TP-Link India, told who was the company's chief operating officer, will be succeeded in the role by Bijoy Alaylo, a former vice president of the surveillance is currently the market leader in consumer Wi-Fi products with more than 24% market share in 2024, according to IDC.
