Exsim Hospitality unit bags RM46mil contract for renovation of Port Dickson hotel
KUALA LUMPUR, May 30 (Bernama) -- EXSIM Hospitality Bhd's unit, EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract worth RM46 million from TotalBuildz Sdn Bhd for the renovation, refurbishment, and interior fit-out works for an 11-storey hotel in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
The company said the commencement date is today, and the contract works are to be completed within 12 months from the start date.
"All works must be completed on or before May 29, 2026, or within such extended period as provided under the terms of the contract. The defect liability period shall be 27 months from the date of completion," it said in a stock exchange filing.
