The 'Al Tamyoz' scholarship, unveiled for the 2026–2027 academic year, is open to Bahraini youth who demonstrate outstanding academic performance, leadership potential, and active community involvement in their field of study. It is available to those who have secured admission to a master's or doctoral programme locally or abroad, with the award covering all tuition costs. The highly selective programme will grant one scholarship annually to a single candidate, aiming to nurture expertise in niche fields that serve Bahrain's long-term development needs. The initiative is aligned with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2050 and is designed to fill future workforce gaps with specialised national talent.

AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation Launches AlTamyoz Scholarships for Gifted Students

Under the Rayaat program, AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF) has announced the launch of its AlTamyoz scholarships for the 2026-2027 academic year, designed for gifted students seeking post-graduate and opportunities in highly specialized fields. Candidates will be selected based on their exceptional merit in these niche areas, with the program aiming to contribute positively to the local community and labour market. To date, the Foundation has offered over 494 scholarships across a wide range of academic disciplines, tailored to students' ambitions and competencies while also aligning with labour market demands and Bahrain's Economic Vision 2050. Graduates of the Foundation have also consistently demonstrated high performance levels, earned prestigious awards and achieved notable success both locally and internationally. Commenting on the initiative, Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, stated: 'At AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, we are deeply committed to nurturing promising young talents and fostering their growth by equipping them with the right tools to enhance their skills and capabilities. Our mission is rooted in empowering students and encouraging them to actively participate in initiatives and experiences that support their holistic development enabling them to become key contributors to the Kingdom's future.' The scholarship targets Bahraini youth who possess exceptional leadership potential and are distinguished by their community involvement within their fields of study. The initiative seeks to support students pursuing their academic and professional goals through master's or doctoral degrees in rare and high-impact specializations. A scholarship opportunity is planned to be awarded annually to candidates who have secured their admission into a master's or doctoral program locally or abroad. The scholarship covers full tuition fees, with the exception of living expenses and travel costs. Applications for the April 2026 cycle are currently open to university students via the Foundation's official website. The Rayaat Scholarship Programs reflect MKF's overarching vision to empower Bahraini youth, enabling them to achieve academic excellence and realize their full potential. Bahrain Achieves Positive Economic Recovery Indicators, Says Deputy Speaker of Parliament

Email : Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abdul Nabi Salman, emphasized that the Kingdom of Bahrain has achieved positive indicators and remarkable results as a result of implementing its economic recovery plan and advancing towards developmental strides. This progress strengthens the comprehensive national renaissance under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain. During a meeting with the Singapore Economic Development Board, alongside his accompanying delegation, the Deputy Speaker discussed the comprehensive developmental progress of Bahrain, highlighting ongoing developmental efforts, initiatives, and quality economic programs that the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, is implementing in line with the Kingdom's Economic Vision 2050. This meeting took place during his visit with the parliamentary delegation to the Republic of Singapore from February 24-26, aimed at gaining insights into Singapore's experience in managing its state budget and benefiting from their expertise in various investment and economic fields. In this context, the Deputy Speaker stated that the indicators achieved within the framework of Bahrain's economic recovery are the result of a synergistic effort and effective partnership between the legislative and executive branches, aimed at achieving the desired developmental goals, enhancing the level of contributions, and stimulating economic recovery and sustainable growth for the Kingdom. This growth is a significant contributor to the overall renaissance that the country is witnessing. The meeting was attended by Deputy Mohammed Yusuf Al-Ma'raifi, Vice Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, Deputy Abdul Wahid Qarata, Deputy Mahdi Al-Shuwaikh, Deputy Basma Mubarak, Deputy Najeeb Al-Kuwari, Deputy Mohammed Al-Rifai, Deputy Hassan Ibrahim, and Deputy Munir Surour.
