Spring is here and so is PennDOT construction season in NWPA 'A lot of people are just sick and tired of paying for the upfront cost of the solar program and people are just wanting to find different ways to decrease their electric bill. We're providing the opportunity for people to switch to solar without being able to up front all the costs,' said Lauren Lubarski, regional manager of Palmetto Solar. Consultants from a North Carolina-based clean energy company said although your home has to qualify for the program, it's important that you're confident in the companies you work with. 'Eight-panel minimum but realistically when we're looking at every house, every house is different. We are looking at sun sense, aesthetic sense, financial sense, there has to be immediate day one savings with full guaranteed protection,' Lubarski said. Those at the expo are also able to participate in classes with hands-on experience. Close Thanks for signing up! Watch for us in your inbox. Subscribe Now 'Some gardening seminars going on.
