The 2025 Minnesota State Fair's Best New Items
When the State Fair returns next month from Thursday, August 21, through Labor Day, September 1, attendees will be treated to 33 new items and eight new vendors. There are upwards of 300 official vendors serving more than 1,600 items this year.
The 2025 State Fair also features the unexpected, two entries from the lauded team at Patisserie 46: a pull-apart doughnut packed with local Honeycrisp apples; and a banana s'more made of brown-butter crumb cake topped with graham cracker streusel and baked with bananas, marshmallows, and chocolate chunks.
