Actor Salman Khan, who frequently makes headlines for both his films and personal life, has taken serious steps to tighten security at his iconic Bandra residence at Galaxy Apartments. After multiple threats to his life and even a firing incident at his home last year, the 'Sikandar' actor got bulletproof glass installed on his balcony, the very spot where he traditionally waves to hundreds of fans, especially on a recent conversation with ETimes, Salman shared the reasoning behind this added layer of protection, clarifying that it wasn't only due to threats, but also because fans were breaching personal space. 'It was just to prevent people from climbing up the balcony and coming into the house,' he shared. 'I would sometimes find people sleeping on my balcony,' the actor added, explaining why he had to cover it move comes after a series of alarming events, including a direct shooting outside his residence and a chilling death threat through WhatsApp. The threatening message claimed that a bomb would be planted in his car.
