El Sadah El Ashraf Syndicate Leader: 'We Stand Behind President Sisi'
The Grand Master of El Sadah El Ashraf Syndicate, Mahmoud El-Sherif, has emphasized the importance of national unity in the face of escalating regional challenges. Speaking at the 'Youth's Role in National Security' symposium on Wednesday, he highlighted Egypt's commitment to empowering youth under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. El-Sherif praised the Egyptian government's dedication to youth development, noting that many young people now hold leadership positions thanks to the government's strategic efforts. He stressed that investing in youth is key to ensuring national stability and addressing both domestic and international challenges. Egypt's Pioneering Approach to Youth Empowerment During his speech, El-Sherif underscored Egypt's global recognition for its youth empowerment initiatives. He announced the launch of the Youth Council of El Sadah El Ashraf Syndicate in September 2024, coinciding with the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birth. This initiative, he explained, reflects the Syndicate's commitment to youth-led development and national security efforts. Call for National Unity Amid Regional Tensions El-Sherif warned that the Arab region is experiencing critical security threats, calling for collective national alignment behind President El-Sisi's leadership. He reaffirmed that Egypt will not compromise on its national sovereignty and will stand firm against any threats to its territorial integrity or regional stability. Additionally, he condemned attempts to displace Palestinians or erase their national identity. He stated that Egypt will not accept any forced migration of Palestinians and reaffirmed full support for the Palestinian cause. A Message of Resilience and Peace El-Sherif concluded his speech with a tribute to the Palestinian people's resilience and a prayer for peace and security in Egypt and beyond. 'May our nations be safeguarded from harm, and may peace prevail across the world,' he stated, before leading the audience in a chant of 'Long live Egypt! Long live Egypt! Long live Egypt!'
