Scopper Gaban vs Rayleigh: Who is stronger in One Piece?
Scopper Gaban has finally stepped back into the spotlight in One Piece , and fans cannot stop talking about it. Known as one of the Pirate King's most trusted crewmates, Gaban's return during the Elbaf Arc has sparked a huge debate: is he stronger than Silvers Rayleigh ?
