Lovell wins awards for considerate construction in Gwent
Lovell, a partnership developer, won six bronze awards at the 2025 Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Awards, including for its Elderwood Parc scheme in Portskewett.
Other awarded sites included The Mill and St Mellons Community Living Project in Cardiff, Augustus Grange in Haverfordwest, and two developments in Newport: Locke Gardens and the Ringland Regeneration scheme.
James Duffett, regional managing director at Lovell, said: "I am thrilled that six of our sites have achieved bronze awards at the CCS Awards.
"It's incredibly rewarding to see that hard work recognised in this way, and I would like to thank everyone who worked on the six sites for the dedication, skill and cooperation that made this possible."
The CCS Awards celebrate construction projects that demonstrate respect for communities, environmental care, and valuing the workforce.
Katie Knill of Candleston Homes, Lovell's partner on Elderwood Parc, said: "This award is a testament to their ongoing commitment to quality, community engagement and considerate construction practices.
"Congratulations to the entire team on this well-deserved achievement."
Elderwood Parc includes 269 homes and a 32-bedroom care facility, delivered in partnership with Hedyn, Candleston, and Monmouthshire County Council.
