EDF Delays French Offshore Wind Farm Startup by Two Years Amid Construction Challenges
Electricite de France SA now expects a French offshore wind farm under construction off the Normandy coast to be completed in 2027, two years later than previously planned, due to delays in foundation work by a key contractor.
