London Trans+ Pride's record-breaking march will return for sixth year in a row

In 2024, the London Trans+ Pride march made history with a record-breaking turnout of over 60,000 participants, making it the largest Trans+ Pride march ever. Organisers sifted through the data and announced that it had become "the biggest trans pride in the world". Looking ahead to 2025, they are aiming for even greater numbers and continued support. Celebrating its seventh year of bold protest, visibility, and unity, this year's London Trans+ Pride is centred around the urgent theme of 'Existence and Resistance'. The event has attracted strong backing from high-profile figures such as Jeremy Corbyn, Jessie Ware, Jameela Jamil, Eddie Suzy Izzard, Jake Shears, Will Young, Clara Amfo, Harris Dickinson, among others, who have all conveyed their messages of solidarity. MAFS star Ella Morgan shares mental health struggle since Supreme Court's trans ruling London Trans+ Pride hosted a press launch event, bringing together leading activists, celebrities, and advocates in anticipation of the monumental march. Among those in attendance were Munroe Bergdorf - the first transgender model to lead a L'Oréal campaign, Ella Morgan, Married At First Sight's first trans bride, Heartstopper's Bel Priestley, musician Romy, Hannah Jones and Alex Thomas-Smith from BBC's new drama What It Feels Like For A Girl, and principal organisers from action network Trans Kids Deserve Better. During the event, Munroe Bergdorf said: "That's what I love so much about London Trans Pride - I arrive feeling stressed, and then I leave feeling galvanised and seen and loved and held." Young campaigners from Trans Kids Deserve Better delivered impassioned speeches about the impact on their generation, with activist Merlin stating: "It's hard to explain, especially to a cis person, what it's like to feel like you're watching all of the pieces fall into place to take everything away from you. We're going to march in the streets of London and take up space, because we're not usually allowed to take up space." What is London Trans+ Pride? Initially a modest community event, what began as a grassroots gathering has grown into a bold and formidable, record-setting movement. This year's march occurs at a pivotal juncture after the UK Supreme Court verdict redefined "biological sex" in a manner that permits the exclusion of trans women from single-sex services - a verdict reached without input or consultation from any trans-led groups. At a moment when trans+ individuals in the UK are increasingly sidelined — via harsh laws, provocative media stories, and a significant regression of rights — this year's parade holds greater significance than ever. Amid escalating political animosity, the event stands as a bold rejection of erasure and a festivity of trans+ existence, history, resilience, activism, and joy. The key demands of this year's march include: an outright ban on conversion therapy, fully funded gender-affirming healthcare, and legal acknowledgement for non-binary people. The organisers of the march have made their intentions clear: "We don't want special treatment — we want to live in peace, to love freely, to build our futures without fear." When is London Trans+ Pride? Mark your calendars for a momentous occasion as London Trans+ Pride is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, 2025. Those participating or showing their support will gather on the street at 1pm, with the march kicking off at 2pm. Where is London Trans+ Pride? The assembly point for participants and supporters is Langham Place at 1pm, from where they will begin marching at 2pm. The march is anticipated to conclude around 4pm at Parliament Square Gardens and its adjacent streets (not Wellington Arch), featuring speeches from community members. For those with disabilities or others who prefer not to partake in the full 2-hour march, there's an alternative to join directly at Parliament Square Gardens any time after 2pm. Celebrities showing support In a show of unity, singer Jessie Ware has voiced her support, stating: "Trans rights are human rights. I proudly stand with the trans community - with love and respect, always." The Good Place actress, Jameela Jamil, has also come forward in solidarity with the trans community, declaring: "The trans community are leaders in freedom, passion, solidarity, and frankly, fun. It is in the best interests of our society to uphold and protect them. As they have always tried to uphold and protect others." Singer Paloma Faith has voiced her unwavering support, stating: "I stand in solidarity with the trans community and always will. Trans rights are human rights and they deserve our protection, empathy and understanding. I despise that they are being used as scapegoats for human suffering when the source of it is actually the very people who try and brainwash people into discriminating against them. My heart goes out to all my trans friends, I am a proud and loving ally." Former Labour leader and MP Jeremy Corbyn has also shown his backing for the trans community, saying: "There has never been a more important time to turn up in solidarity with the trans community. Trans people are one of the most marginalised groups in society, but they are so much more than that. They are artists. They are writers. They are campaigners. Above all, they are human beings who just want to live in dignity and peace." British comedian and actor Eddie Suzy Izzard has made her stance clear too, affirming, "Women's Rights are Human Rights and Trans Rights are Human Rights. End of story. We have to make this work," while singer-songwriter Will Young has declared, "I stand in full solidarity with all trans people. The political hijacking of your lives and bodies is driven by a minority, and please know that you are supported, cared for, and loved." A host of other prominent individuals have stepped forward to express their support for the trans+ community and the London Trans+ Pride march. Married At First Sight star ‘gives away' unborn baby's gender after stunning baby shower

A MARRIED At First Sight star has seemingly had her baby's gender revealed after a huge hint was dropped at her baby shower. E4 bride Rozz Darlington stunned fans when she revealed her surprise pregnancy earlier this year - two years on from her failed marriage on the show. 6 6 It will be her first baby with partner Jordan Morris and they are due to welcome their bundle of joy in August. Now, Rozz has enjoyed a flashy baby shower with her Married At First Sight co-stars and fans think one of them has dropped a huge hint as to what she's expecting. Whilst Rozz has not publicly revealed the gender of her unborn baby, speculation is rife that she is expecting a girl. It comes as co-star Ella Morgan made references to a brand new "baby spice". Sharing a collection of snaps from the baby shower, Ella added the eyebrow-raising caption: "Our Baby Spice is having a mini Baby Spice @rozzdarlington @ellamorganc @itstashajayxx @jay_howard the Spice Girls reunited .. + 1!" However, she did go onto add a hashtag reading "boy or girl" which could be to throw people off the scent. Picking up on the hint, one fan said in the comments: "Is this confirmation Baby Spice is a pink one?!" In the snaps, Rozz cosied up to Ella as well as Jay Howard and Tasha Jay. None of the four women are still with their show partners. Ella split from JJ Slater before he moved on with Katie Price whilst Jay's marriage to Luke Worley ended soon after the show with Tasha Jay and Paul Liba calling it quits after over a year together. Rozz was married to hunky Thomas Kriaras during her time on the show but their union came to an emotional end. Following the programme, Rozz moved on with Jordan and went public with their relationship in June of last year. Looking stunning at her baby shower, Rozz showed off her baby bump in a gorgeous yellow gown. Her co-stars held onto her baby bump in one snap before she was seen posing with Jordan who sweetly planted a kiss on her cheek as part of the celebrations. Rozz went all out for the day with a balloon wall being the centre of attention for the party. She also had an elaborate flower display as well as a cake that appeared to read "baby M-D" in icing on the top. 6 6 Sharing her own video montage of moments from the big day, Rozz said of the shower: "I had the most amazing day yesterday celebrating baby strawberry!! @mooroo_custom the most gorgeous cardigans!!! "Surrounded by all of our beautiful friends and family! Thank you for all being there for us. Can't wait for you all to be having cuddles with [baby emoji]." During her time on MAFS, Rozz dumped a heartbroken Thomas on the TV show after being unsure of their future. The couple's relationship had been rocky from the start after Rozz admitted that she didn't find Thomas attractive. However, after working on their connection and experimenting in the bedroom, the couple quickly became a fan favourite. Their split then rocked MAFS fans as Rozz admitted to Thomas that things had run their course. Mafs couples that have stood the test of time Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby. The pair couldn't keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam's Doncaster home. Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau. Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December. Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: 'I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out - and excited for everything to come.' Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019. Owen recalled: 'I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work. "While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in. 'The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, 'Wouldn't it be funny if I signed up?' 'A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.' Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson. Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna's vegan lifestyle, the show's first same sex pairing are still going strong. They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod. Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: "We're not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship." 6

The trailblazing TV star handed out an award at the annual ceremony as well as accepting the Stronger Together prize in celebration of the trans community. Speaking to The Sun, Ella revealed how she would be removing her current breast implants in order to get a smaller chest. Ella told us: "So I'm taking them out. "I've had some complications with one of them and I think I'm realising now that I'm in my 30s, maybe, I don't need the lip filler and I don't need the big boobs. "In my dress tonight, they look ginormous. "I think when I see them like this, it does make me think, I'm just not feeling it anymore." Opening up about the heartbreaking reason why she decided to go for larger boobs upon her transition, Ella confessed: "When I first got them done, it was because part of me did it because I felt like I had to be more feminine and by having big boobs, I would look like a Barbie doll. "And also I did it to please guys. "Now I'm like, actually I don't really care. Like, I love myself inside and out. MAFS star Ella Morgan takes a swipe at ex JJ Slater after Katie Price romance "So yeah, they're probably going to be going and not coming back. It's all about the small t**s. "Everyone's skinny now. Everyone's on Ozempic, but no one's got any boobs!" Ahead of Ella's new surgery plans, the TV star is making a name for herself in the beauty world after bagging a big-money deal to be face of Superdrug with her own range of products. Ella's face is now plastered across local Superdrug stores with her products available to buy in store. Speaking about the collaboration, Ella said: I'm very lucky to be given such big deals - it doesn't usually happen. "When you go on Love Island, you're more likely to get a bigger career and platform but when you're on Married at First Sight, that is unlikely to happen. "I'm like the only one from the cast I think that has kind of carried on in the media world. "Two years down the line, I've still got a career. I'm still doing well. "I'm so proud of myself. And actually I feel like without being big-headed, I deserve it because trans people do not get the same platforms or opportunities that a lot of other people do."
