iLembe Chamber Entrepreneur Programme kicks off
Twenty-five aspiring entrepreneurs attended the first induction session of the Entrepreneur 2025 Programme, hosted by the iLembe Chamber of Commerce on Saturday.
Among the excited participants was Bongiwe Mpanza, a fashion designer from Groutville and owner of Mawazo Designs. Mpanza said she was eager to gain insights from industry experts to help grow her business.
'We are about to be equipped with the essential tools to thrive in this highly competitive industry, and I cannot wait to learn everything I can,' said Mpanza.
This marks the beginning of a transformative entrepreneurial journey. Participants will progress through various training stages, including mentorship with industry professionals, refining their presentation skills, developing business plans and preparing for the final business exhibition in late October, where one winner will be selected.
