National League new boys Truro beaten by Wealdstone
John Askey's Tinners – the first team from Cornwall to play in the fifth tier – fell behind in the final minute of the first half when Stones winger Enzio Boldewijn headed home following a corner. Wealdstone had earlier hit the crossbar through forward Sean Adarkwa's effort from distance. Truro, who were National League South champions last term, conceded again five minutes from time as substitute Dom Hutchinson sealed the hosts' win by firing into the bottom corner.
