Ermelo Outreach celebrates Mother's Day with SAVF residents
ERMELO – Members of the Ermelo Outreach Organisation brought smiles and a touch of care to the residents
of the SAVF home in celebration of Mother's Day.
In the lead-up to the special day, the team visited the SAVF home to treat the women to some much-deserved pampering.
Volunteers spent quality time with the residents, listening to their life stories while they enjoyed getting their nails done to make them feel special for Mother's Day.
The celebrations continued on May 11 when Ermelo Outreach ensured that the residents felt loved and appreciated.
While some of the ladies gathered in the hall to enjoy delicious treats and coffee, the caring members of Ermelo Outreach made sure that no one was left out.
They personally visited the rooms of those unable to join the main celebrations and delivered cupcakes.
