Glowing Hornshroom
Your local specialty farming starts in Natlan, specifically the Ochkanatlan zone and areas around the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe. Expect ~72 Hornshrooms per full run. Use the Teyvat Interactive Map to mark respawn spots and optimize your route.
Ascension Boss: Secret Source Automaton
Farm the Secret Source Airflow Accumulator by defeating the Automaton: Overseer Device boss in Natlan. Resin-efficient players should farm this three times per week leading up to the release.

Electro Gems & Whistles
Electro gems drop from Electro bosses like the Electro Hypostasis, but you can also convert other gems using Dust of Azoth. The Whistle series comes from a new group of enemies: Saurian-Crowned Warriors and Sentries found in the outskirts of Natlan. Bring a strong AOE team—they spawn in groups.
Talent Books: Conflict Domain
Conflict books (Teachings, Guide, Philosophies) are farmed in Natlan's Tuesday/Friday/Sunday talent domain. Use Condensed Resin for double rewards.
These will likely drop alongside Ineffa's banner.
Weekly Boss: Lord of Eroded Primal Fire
You'll need Eroded Sunfire, dropped from the Lord of Eroded Primal Fire, found in the Stone Stele Records domain. Make sure your world level is high enough (Boss Level 70+) to guarantee drops.
