Bahraini Ambassador Meets French Lawmakers to Boost Bilateral Ties
Bahrain's Ambassador to France, Mr. Essam Abdulaziz Al Jassim, held a meeting with French Member of Parliament Mickaël Tavern, President of the France-Bahrain Friendship Group in the French National Assembly, along with former group president MP Béatrice Piron, MP Romain Dubié, Vice President of the group, Mr. Pascal Marchand, International Affairs Coordinator, and Ms. Caroline Bétangé, Director of the Group President's Office. The meeting focused on ways to strengthen cooperation between Bahrain and France, particularly through greater coordination between the two countries' legislative bodies. Both sides reaffirmed the importance of building stronger parliamentary ties through their respective friendship groups. MP Tavern praised the strong and longstanding relationship between France and Bahrain and expressed his interest in expanding cooperation across various sectors. Ambassador Al Jassim welcomed the initiatives to deepen bilateral relations, highlighting Bahrain's commitment to enhancing cooperation, especially in economic, cultural, and educational fields. He also emphasized Bahrain's attractive investment environment, which continues to draw foreign investors to the Kingdom across multiple sectors.
