Wanted man on the run after 'serious assault' in Coventry
Police have urgently appealed to find a man in connection with a serious assault in Coventry. Evander Cross is wanted by West Midlands Police.
Cross is wanted in connection with a serious assault in Foleshill in October 2024. His image was shared on Facebook in April and has been reshared by West Midlands Police on Flickr.
Anyone who sees Cross has been urged to call 999, quoting 20/882728/24. Information on his whereabouts can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers.

Other wanted faces include Vasile Stefan, Marek Kurz and Brett Dougall. Stefan is wanted in connection with distraction burglaries in Coventry and Aston, Birmingham.
Sightings of Stefan can be reported by calling 999 and quoting 20/547007/22. Information on where he is hiding should be provided on 101 or by using WMP Live Chat.
Kurz, from Coventry, is wanted on suspicion of making threats and has links to Birmingham and Cheltenham. Information on his whereabouts can be provided on 101 by quoting 20/197152/24.
Dougall has been recalled to prison and is wanted for theft offences in Coventry. Anyone who sees him is urged to call 999, quoting 20/908237/24.
