Event Tech Meetup 2025 Wraps Up in Riyadh
Riyadh has successfully hosted the second edition of Event Tech Meetup 2025, an initiative by the National Events Center that brought together government agencies, private sector leaders, entrepreneurs, and technology experts under one roof.
Day one offered an engaging lineup of panel discussions and hands-on workshops exploring how artificial intelligence and data are reshaping the events industry—driving operational efficiency, enhancing visitor experiences, and redefining industry standards.
The second day marked the launch of EventTech Tank, a platform connecting startups with investors and funding organizations. The initiative sparked multiple early-stage investments and forged strategic partnerships spanning a variety of projects.
As part of the broader Event Tech 2025 program, this year's meetup builds on the success of its inaugural edition and underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to becoming a regional hub for technology and innovation—fully aligned with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
