Exsim wins RM46mil contract for Port Dickson hotel renovation
KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract worth RM46mil from TotalBuildz Sdn Bhd. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim said the contract covers renovation, refurbishment, and interior fit-out works for an 11-storey hotel in Port Dickson. The contract work will commence on May 30, 2025, with overall completion expected within 12 months, no later than May 29, 2026, subject to any extensions allowed under the contract conditions. Exsim expects the contract to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout the duration of the contract.

Exsim secures RM17.2mil job from Nestcon
KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB)has received a sub-contract from Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd for interior fit-out works to apartment units for RM17.2mil. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the works shall commence on May 2, 2025, and be completed on March 20, 2026, or within the extended date as allowed by the contract. "The acceptance of the letter of award by ECSB to undertake the Contract Works is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the Company throughout the duration of the contract works," it said.

Exsim Hospitality bags Nestcon Builders job
KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd's subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award from Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd for a sub-contract valued at RM17.2 million. It involves the design, supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of interior fit-out works for apartment units. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim Hospitality said work will begin on May 2, with completion scheduled for March 20 next year. The company added that the defect liability period will start on the completion date and continue for 27 months from the issuance of the certificate of practical completion. Exsim Hospitality's share price ended unchanged at 35 sen, with a trading volume of 613,800 shares, bringing its market capitalisation to RM325.1 million.
