Manchester man charged in 2024 fatal crash in Londonderry
A Manchester man was arrested Wednesday and charged in connection with a fatal October crash in Londonderry.

Londonderry Police said Felly S. Mizenga, 54, was charged with negligent homicide (a Class B felony), vehicular assault (a Class A midemeanor), hands-free violation, yellow/solid line violation and failure to yield.
Police said the crash, between Mizenga's 2019 Toyota Highlander and a 2024 Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Brian Marcoux of Dracut, Mass., occurred just after noon on Oct. 12 on Rockingham Road (Route 28) near the Manchester line.
Marcoux, 53, was taken to Elliot Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police said Mizenga remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
After Wednesday's arrest, Mizenga was released on personal recognizance. He is scheduled to be arraigned on June 11 in Derry District Court.
