
Manchester man charged in 2024 fatal crash in Londonderry
A Manchester man was arrested Wednesday and charged in connection with a fatal October crash in Londonderry.

Londonderry Police said Felly S. Mizenga, 54, was charged with negligent homicide (a Class B felony), vehicular assault (a Class A midemeanor), hands-free violation, yellow/solid line violation and failure to yield.
Police said the crash, between Mizenga's 2019 Toyota Highlander and a 2024 Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Brian Marcoux of Dracut, Mass., occurred just after noon on Oct. 12 on Rockingham Road (Route 28) near the Manchester line.
Marcoux, 53, was taken to Elliot Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police said Mizenga remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
After Wednesday's arrest, Mizenga was released on personal recognizance. He is scheduled to be arraigned on June 11 in Derry District Court.

A man has been charged with the manslaughter of another man who died after being assaulted in a pub beer garden in Nottinghamshire. Nottinghamshire Police said Harley Fox was injured outside the Market Inn, in Main Street, Huthwaite, at about 21:10 BST on Sunday. The 34-year-old died in hospital on Tuesday. "He is loved by so many, had the biggest heart and was always the first person to help anyone in need. "He was so full of life and lived it to the max. 18-year-old charged in deadly Woodbridge collision after going twice the speed limit, police say
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. () — A teenager is facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter after a deadly collision that happened in Woodbridge last month, police announced Wednesday. The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said 18-year-old Wania Mussarat Shaikh was driving more than double the speed limit during the May 27 collision. Head-on crash involving motorcycle leaves Lawrence County man dead
LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A head-on crash that involved a motorcycle has left a man from Lawrence County dead. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said that a 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was driving along Lawrence County 143 near Lawrence County 141 when it crashed head-on with a 2014 Dodge Durango around 10:08 p.m. ALEA identified the deceased man as Anthony B. Maxwell, 42, of Town Creek. Authorities said that Maxwell was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's Highway Patrol Division.
