First responders found Mario Da Paixao Andrade , 48, unresponsive in the driver's seat of a 2018 Ford Transit van, which had sustained 'catastrophic damage,' according to court records. According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office, the chase ended when the vehicle he was driving struck the back of a milk tanker. At his initial appearance in court, a cash bond of $100,000 was set for 25-year-old Justin Fena. After his apprehension, the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office K9 Iro was used to conduct an open-air search around the vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the seizure of both drugs and firearms. In addition to methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, THC, ketamine, and MDMA (ecstasy), a significant amount of ammunition and five firearms, including two AK-47s, were found. Deputies are conducting a follow-up investigation into the links between the drugs and firearms, which may result in more charges in the future. FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – Justin Fena, a man from Waukesha is facing serious charges after leading deputies on a high-speed chase on March 4th. According to a Facebook post from the Fond du Lac Police Department, the chase ended when Fena's vehicle crashed into a milk tanker at the intersection of STH 175 and CTH F. Fena is charged with five counts of recklessly endangering safety, drug possession, fleeing from law enforcement, and driving under the influence. He is also accused of having illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle. 'Utter disregard for human life': Appleton man charged in 2010 death of one-month-old child, faces up to 60 years in prison Police report that after Fena was arrested, a sheriff's K9 dog named Iro alerted deputies to drugs inside the car. A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, THC, ketamine, and MDMA (ecstasy). Deputies also found five firearms, including two AK-47s, along with a large amount of ammunition.
