Mobile man runs from police with backpack full of drugs, gets arrested: MPD
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers have arrested a man who allegedly ran from them with a backpack full of drugs.

According to an MPD news release, officers tried to pull a vehicle over in the area of Bascombe Street and Alba Street around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday when the driver refused to stop.
The driver, now identified as 43-year-old Fernandas Onree Graham, stopped the vehicle he was driving near Arlington Street and began running from officers, according to the release.
Officials said officers caught Graham and found drugs inside the backpack he was carrying.

Graham was booked into Mobile Metro Jail and charged with felony attempt to elude, trafficking cocaine, trafficking fentanyl, first-degree possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and illegal possession of prescription drugs.
