Winston-Salem police launch investigation after man is found dead in home on Timlic Avenue
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The Winston-Salem Police Department is investigating after a man was found dead Saturday, according to an incident alert.
At 12:54 p.m., the WSPD responded to an apartment on Timlic Avenue to assist an EMS call.
Officers found Fernando Rodriguez Mendoza, 58, dead inside the apartment.
The WSPD Criminal Investigations Division has taken over the case as the circumstances and cause of death are undetermined.
