Fingent of Infopark wins KMA honour for innovative HR practices
Kochi, May 29 (UNI) Fingent Global Solutions at Infopark received the Kerala Management Association's Special Jury Award for Innovative Human Resource Practices in recognition of the company's innovative practices in the field of HR.
Fingent had last year won the KMA Award for Best Company in the same category.
Deepu Prakash, Senior Vice President of the firm, said the honour reinforced the merits of Fingent's 'efforts to demonstrate excellence by adopting innovative and indigenous technology in this challenging entrepreneurial environment'.
'The excellent work of our HR department has enabled employees to enhance their well-being and fully utilize their purchasing power,' he noted. 'This has been the driving force behind Fingent's success.'
Fingent has set a precedent in the IT industry through technology-integrated HR practices, flexible working hours, and skill development programs.
Fingent has been operating at Infopark for the last 10 years with an employee strength of more than 500.
